Credit Analyst (45272)

POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS YOU POSSESS

• Must understand and evaluate complex financial statements and tax returns
• Previous lending experience, loan underwriting experience, and/or education necessary to evaluate and assess elements of credit risk is preferred
• Skills necessary to work independently, be detail oriented and organized

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare financial spreads for large and complex credits.
• Evaluate all aspects of real estate collateral for consumer and commercial loans.  This includes verifying valuations are completed within regulatory requirements and in accordance with LNB policies.
• Prepare various management reports using multiple software applications.
• Order third party independent appraisals for consumer and commercial loans as needed.
• Assist in preparation of loan approval reports, including the assessment of risk, and periodic management reports related to the lending and credit risk functions. 
• Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan .
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including daily huddles and Hoopla events.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
