We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lease-Up Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community and ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance requests
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records and files related to leasing agreements, resident information, and maintenance requests
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the community
Skills:
- 2 years of Lease-up leadership exerperience preferred.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry, file management, and office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Experience in facilities management is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes is a plus
