We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance/Grounds Person to become part of our team!
We have two apartment communities in Eloy consisting of a 46 unit building and a 24 unit building; 70 units total.
Compensation is $1,925 per month for Part-Time; 25 hours per week
Must be able to follow directions from supervisors.
Assistant Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance with Light Painting
- Cleaning Vacant units
- Cleaning Laundry Room
- Keeping Grounds clean
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,925.00 per month
