Apartment Maintenance person needed for our 46-unit apartment complex in Globe. Work 29 hours/week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 1 pm or 9 am to 2pm (your choice).
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Painting
- Light Plumbing
- Cleaning
- Grounds
Maintenance Qualifications:
- Building Maintenance Experience (3 years)
- Able to do Painting and Light Plumbing
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass background check
Job Type: Part-time
