Core Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop walk-in, dry storage, back dock area making sure area is neat and clean.
- Empty trash and take all trash to dumpster, reporting back if dumpster is full; clean dumpster area when needed.
- Clean strainer under the dish machine. Wipe down all dish areas, then use stainless steal polish on all metal surfaces, including glass rack area, sinks, and all machine areas.
- Make sure glasses and cups are in the correct racks. Make sure to use the proper procedure to do silverware.
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Must be able to lift a 20lb. tray of dishes.
- Must be able to lift and dump our commercial-sized mop bucket.
- Must be able to operate a commercial vacuum.
