Position Summary
Landmark Global is seeking a hands-on IT Operations (ITOps) Support Specialist to join our team onsite. In this role, you will work closely with the ITOps Manager and the wider team to deliver exceptional IT support and optimize the technology experience for our employees. This position blends daily user support with critical hands-on infrastructure maintenance across our warehouse and remote networks.
Job Description
Core responsibilities will include the following areas:
- User Experience & Support: Collaboratively work with the ITOps team to continuously improve the technology experience for all Landmark Global employees.
- Onsite Infrastructure Support: Provide essential in-person IT support at your assigned warehouse location, including the installation, movement, modification, and decommissioning of dimensioning, network and computing equipment.
- Remote & Warehouse Support: Deliver responsive remote PC and desktop support to our operational warehouses and remote workforce across all enterprise levels.
- Account & Email Management: Handle user onboarding, offboarding, email setup, and ongoing access support.
- Network & Systems Maintenance: Assist with local network troubleshooting and device support to ensure maximum uptime.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Research emerging IT technologies, present proactive recommendations, investigate technical issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Operational Agility: Handle other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by ITOps leadership.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications include:
- Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of experience in a dedicated IT support or helpdesk role.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with Windows 10 and 11
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with macOS (OSX) and Linux is highly desirable.
- Mobile Support: Experience supporting iOS and Android devices is a plus.
- Cloud Productivity: Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and Microsoft 365 is a strong plus.
- Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Certifications: CompTIA A or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills: A strong sense of accountability, a desire to take ownership of your responsibilities, and a coachable mindset that welcomes feedback and professional growth.
- Onsite Presence: This is a fully onsite position based at our local Buffalo facility.
- International Travel: Must possess (or be able to obtain within 3 months of being hired) a valid passport. Willingness and ability to travel to the Toronto, Canada, area a few times a year for on-site projects are required.

Position Pay Range
- $26.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience and other factors
