The Greeter works closely with Funeral Directors to ensure services are executed with dignity, organization, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist families and guests with warmth, professionalism, and empathy during visitations, services, and memorial gatherings.
- Prepare service areas prior to services and ensure spaces are clean and presentable.
- Maintain the overall appearance and readiness of the funeral home, chapels, reception areas, and public spaces.
- Assist with light administrative and operational tasks, including answering phones, organizing materials, and supporting daily funeral home operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect for cultural, religious, and personal traditions at all times
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Professional demeanor and appearance required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate compassionately and respectfully.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (if driving is required).
