The Production Manager is responsible for monitoring production output, supervising shop staff, and ensuring products meet specification and quality standards.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and its employees including performance management and safety training.
- Increase the efficiency of operations and scheduling production.
- Ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget.
- Understand safety, quality control, and production expectations.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of (8) years of similar experience in a fabrication setting.
- Proficient use of MS Office including Excel
- Ability to read detailed shop drawings.
