You take ownership of the field, support your foremen, develop people, and deliver predictable results. You build projects that reflect Landmark’s commitment to excellence and long-term relationships.Whether your background is mass grading, utilities, or site development, you will be relied on to lead with professionalism and grit.Requirements• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years supervising crews• Field Expertise: 5 years in excavating, utilities, mass grading, or site development• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, equipment, production tracking, and sequencing• Character & Values: Demonstrated alignment with People, Quality, Grit, Accountability, and Well-BeingKey ResponsibilitiesPeople • Build a jobsite culture where people feel respected, supported, and challenged • Mentor foremen and crew members, developing the next generation of leadersQuality • Read plans, interpret specs, and execute work the right way the first time • Drive production while maintaining uncompromising quality standardsGrit • Maintain calm and leadership under pressure • Push through challenges, adapt quickly, and keep work movingAccountability • Own project outcomes: production, safety, quality, and documentation • Maintain accurate daily reports, quantities, equipment usage, and logs • Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractorsWell-Being • Lead strong safety expectations, reinforce training, and support the Field Safety Officer • Proactively address hazards and ensure crews have the resources they needSkills and Attributes• Deep knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and sequencing • Excellent communication and leadership presence • Ability to organize complex operations and manage time well • Strong problem-solving skills and calm decision-making • Competence with tablets and digital reporting tools • Professional, respectful, and reliableWhat Makes Landmark DifferentLandmark is known for its culture. Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
