Position Summary
The Event Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of events, including overseeing all coordination and communication aspects during the planning process, while the actual event is happening and once the event has concluded.
Key Responsibilities:
About the Role
- Employ effective communication skills to assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email, addressing pre-booking and post-booking inquiries promptly while facilitating a seamless booking process for new clientele.
- Assume responsibility for scheduling planning meetings, meticulously covering essential aspects such as floor plans, timelines, and catering details for each event.
- Participate in quarterly open houses, arrange private tastings, and provide comprehensive insights into Landmark Catering offerings.
- Collect upcoming payments and event details in a timely manner, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
- Manage event rental orders, collaborate with leadership for procurement, and oversee overall equipment and supply needs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned based on the needs of the client and team.
About You
- 2 years of event coordination, planning and/or catering experience.
- Demonstrated time and calendar management skills with the ability to multitask and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; works well under pressure and thrives on meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with high proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Hubspot and/or Caterease software programs is a plus.
- An in-depth understanding of catering and event execution processes.

Pay: Up to $71,400.00 per year
