Job Overview

Please read before applying: This is a seasonal 1099 independent contractor position. Applicants must have their own dependable truck capable of safely pulling a 6-by-12-foot enclosed trailer with a ladder rack. Previous professional Christmas light installation experience is required. We will cover fuel costs associated with pulling the company trailer and traveling between scheduled job sites.

Compensation is $300 per workday, paid weekly every Friday as a 1099 independent contractor. Typical working hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., although hours may occasionally vary based on the project schedule, weather, and daylight. An end-of-season bonus will also be provided to the Crew Leader who successfully completes both the installation and takedown seasons.

We are an established Christmas lighting company serving the Denver metro area with 12 years in business and a strong base of returning customers. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Crew Leader to manage a four-person Christmas light installation crew during our busy holiday season.

Installations will begin on October 12 and continue through approximately the first week of December. Holiday light takedowns will begin on January 4 and last approximately three to four weeks.

This is a working leadership position, meaning the Crew Leader will work alongside the crew to install professional Christmas lighting displays on residential and commercial properties throughout the Denver area.

The ideal candidate has previous experience leading a professional Christmas light installation crew and is comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and on roofs.
