Responsibilities
Landmark Construction & Emergency Services has been the preferred company for both residential and commercial restoration services, repairs, and renovations in Memphis, TN for more than two decades. Our service technicians are qualified to handle a wide array of restoration and construction jobs, such as mold removal, water damage restoration, new construction, roof repairs, and fire and smoke damage remediation.
Our mitigation team is usually the first response team on urgent and short notice. This role specializes in restoring residential and commercial properties after emergency water damage, flood damage, mold damage and fire/smoke damage situations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergencies.
- Take moisture readings and pictures at job site. Assessing damages and stopping the continuation of damage. Accurately reporting findings in job management software.
- Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for drying premises, dehumidification, and mold remediation.
- Removal of water and mold contaminated materials.
- Complete demolition as it relates to water mitigation including, floor removal, moving furniture, etc.
- Ensure that safety protocols and industry standards are always followed.
- Available for On-Call after hours, holidays, weekend rotating schedules.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- IICRC WTR or ASD Certification preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in water mitigation and mold remediation.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Available for On-Call after hours, holidays, weekend rotating schedules.

Salary : $19 - $21
