Landmark Companies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Agricultural Drainage / Drain Tile Sales Representative to join our team in Moorhead, MN. In this role, you will work directly with farmers, landowners, and ag professionals to design and sell drainage solutions that improve land performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, landowners, and ag partners
- Identify customer needs and recommend drainage and tile solutions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project scopes
- Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure successful project execution
- Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in agronomy, seed and equipment sales, drainage, construction, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of agricultural drainage systems and/or farm operations preferred
- Ability to read maps, plans, and field layouts
- Valid driver’s license required
