Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and understanding of Commercial Lease Agreements
- Min. 3 years experience in Property Management and maintaining operational standards
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with tenants, vendors, and Property Owners/ Stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple properties
- Knowledge of local building codes and real estate regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a Real Estate Estate license preferred but not required
- Proficiency in property management software (Appfolio) is beneficial
- Flexible hours; ability to be "on-call" in case of emergency at least one weekend a month.
- Familiarity with NNN reconciliations a must.
