What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Picker position at Landmark Ceramics?
Landmark Ceramics is a subsidiary of Gruppo Concorde, a leading tile manufacturer based in Italy. We are a state of the art tile manufacturing facility near Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.
Note: No relocation assistance. Local candidates preferred.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of job-specific and related experience; Forklift exp.
AND
- Must possess high attention to detail and physical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; and basic computer skills.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Reading and comparing both alpha and numeric
- Use of an HMI experience required. Computer proficient
- Must be able to learn/recognize patterns and standards to determine best skid size to use, best way to position products to maximize efficiency, determine which products can be mixed on a skid and what requires more than one skid.
- Has the ability to make inventory adjustment and must understand what that means for our inventory if they make mistakes
- Does final QC check on picked products to ensure they are the correct product, quantity etc.
- Physically demanding, bending, stooping, walking, lifting, twisting, reaching etc.
- Use of exoskeleton

Shifts:
· openings: 4:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
· openings: 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
