Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Automotive Service Porter to assist our service team with vehicle movement, customer transportation/interactions, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. If you enjoy working around cars and providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
• Shuttle customers to/from the service department to hom/work.
• Move vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and dealership lots as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and organized for efficient service operations.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by retrieving vehicles for customers.
• Perform light cleaning of customer vehicles, such as vacuuming and exterior washes (if applicable).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following dealership safety protocols.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
