- Update customer information in our CRM system

- Provide exceptional service that reflects the dealership’s values
- Confirming appointments and following up on missed appointments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Prior call center experience with a proven track record is required
