Position Overview
Landmark is currently seeking a talented individual to join our technology team as a Business Intelligence Analyst - Developer. The role will lead the enhancement of existing data tools and build the next generation of data driven solutions at Landmark. This position will play a pivotal role in Landmark’s drive for digital transformation, leveraging our data better understand our processes and our markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion, actively support, develop, and expand usage of enterprise data throughout the organization.
- Partner with business units to develop and design custom reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and custom data driven applications to surface complex data from a variety of systems.
- Work with other developers to implement and support data integrations between systems to ensure all systems reflect truth through data.
- Work with other developers to develop and maintain custom database applications for the capture and manipulation of enterprise data.
- Create and maintain documentation and training resources relating to business intelligence.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years progressive experience working in a similar role.
- Expert level knowledge of using PowerBI to develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
- Practitioner level knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL for reporting (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, INSERT).
- Practitioner level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including PowerQuery and VBA Macros.
- Experience developing and supporting applications built using Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPlatform.
- Experience using SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL platforms for data integration and ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, HH2, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Ability to think outside-of-the-box and bring unique solutions to complex problems.
- Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing options, developing a plan for delivery, and partnering with team members to develop and deploy.
- Ability to discover the true objective and deliver the most efficient and effective method of achieving the goal using appropriate technology.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teaching skills.

- Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology related field or appropriate work experience
