Pest Control Technician – Landlock Pest Control
Service Areas: Carrollton * Suffolk * Chesapeake * Norfolk * Virginia Beach
Status: Full-Time | Pay: $600–$800 per week (DOE)
Probationary Period: 90 days
License Required: No — paid training provided
About the Role
Launch your career with a growing, locally owned company. As a Landlock Pest Control Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality service to residential and light commercial customers. You’ll perform interior and exterior treatments, termite and moisture prevention, and routine inspections. Routes average 10–20 services/day (seasonal volume varies).
What You’ll Do
- Treat homes and businesses (interior/exterior) for general pests
- Perform termite and moisture inspections and prevention services
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Document services accurately in our mobile system
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently and with a team
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
- No prior license required — we provide training and help you get certified
- (Preferred) Experience in pest control, termite, moisture, or home services

- Monday–Friday, daytime hours (routes within Carrollton/Suffolk/Chesapeake/Norfolk/Virginia Beach)
