What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Team Lead position at Landis Logistics?

Essential Functions:
- Lead and support a team of assembly associates to meet daily production goals
- Assign work tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficient assembly operation
- Train new employees on assembly procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
- Pick product for orders (experience with powered equipment a plus)
- Accurately break down and receive product into the system
- Accurately put away product and record locations
- Help assist in other departments when needed; pick/pack, shipping, etc

Schedules :
Full Time: M-F 7:00am -3:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
