Responsibilities/Job Description
You’ll work on multiple projects in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition:
We are seeking an undergraduate student to begin in May 2026 through the end of July/beginning of August 2026. This student will be entering their Junior or Senior year working towards their Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a business-related major. Masters level students will not be considered.
This is a paid position working on-site approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday at our US headquarters in Alpharetta, GA. Housing assistance is not provided so local candidates are preferred.

- Onboarding process mapping
- Data collection and sharing for onboarding and exit interviews/surveys
- Career ladder/development for roles
- L&D curriculum structure
- Enhancing of employee engagement
- Recruiting outreach - colleges/universities/diversity groups
- TA networking and events for talent pipelines
- Tracking student employee graduation expectations for potential full-time opportunities
