About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing business prospecting and client development initiatives to increase patient admissions and expand market share.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as experience in relationship management, marketing, and public relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and execute business prospecting and client development strategies to increase patient admissions and expand market share.
- Marketing: Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts, including public relations, health fairs, and community outreach.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, nursing agencies, discharge planners, social services, and other stakeholders.
- Sales: Meet and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in marketing
- 2 years of experience in senior living
- 4 years of experience in sales
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Driver's License (required)
- Travel:
- 75% travel required (must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned market area)
