We are seeking a full-time, in-office Member Services Representative to provide high-quality support to our members. This role involves managing inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing member questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is experienced in delivering outstanding customer service in a call center or similar environment.

- Maintain accurate records by updating member information in internal systems
- Identify member needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service and processes
- Use multilingual skills, if applicable, to support a diverse member base
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts (start time may vary)
