About the Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Guest Services Coordinator to serve as the weekend face of Barsala. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless check-ins, conducting in-person quality inspections, and strengthening partnerships with property management. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist guests during weekend check-ins, ensuring a warm, efficient arrival experience
- Perform detailed walkthroughs of each unit to ensure they meet our brand standards for cleanliness, functionality, and comfort and work with cleaning teams to resolve quality or readiness issues before guest arrival
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both guests and property staff, helping to maintain positive property relations
- Respond to guest needs or service requests using text, call, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property tours for prospective or current guests as needed
- Enforce compliance with Barsala’s policies while maintaining an upbeat, solution-focused attitude
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to deliver a consistent and elevated guest experience
What You’ll Need:
- 1 year experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for serving others
- Excellent time management and problem-solving ability
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- Comfort with physically active work, including walking units, lifting up to 25 lbs, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work 16–24 hours/week (Weekends Required)
