You'll find ownership groups and operators across the country, get them on the phone, and show them what Autopilot can do for their buildings. Owners actually want what we offer, so your calls turn into real conversations. Every unit your pipeline brings in grows Landing's supply, and you get paid on it with no cap!

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first conversation an owner has with Landing. What a Week Looks Like:
- At least 80 touches across calls, email, and LinkedIn, using Landing-approved messaging and cadence
- At least 10 pitches to owners and operators
- Qualifying opportunities and partnering with our Account Executives to get agreements signed
- Building your own target lists with HubSpot, CoStar, and ZoomInfo
- You're currently in a BDR or SDR seat with one to two years of outbound experience, and cold calling is part of your day
- You love outbound and want to keep getting better at it
- Confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Comfortable living in a CRM and prospecting tools like HubSpot, CoStar, or ZoomInfo
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by watching your numbers move
- Able to work daily from our Birmingham HQ
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- $60,000 base salary
- About $105,800 total OTE at target, with uncapped commission on pitches and units booked

Salary : $750 - $105,800
