The role focuses on operational support for registered and private products across all alternative asset classes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support operational nuances of offerings on platforms such as private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, or independent broker/dealers
- Reconcile internally-facing and externally-facing reporting for stakeholders
- Partner with platforms, technology, finance, and third-party administrator teams to increase automation and streamline subscription and account change management processes
- Liaise with strategic accounts team and various internal and external stakeholders to prioritize platform initiatives and improve the servicing model for wealth platform partners
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
- Experience with Transfer Agents, Administrators, and Fund Service Providers (preferred)
