Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and draft pleadings and motions
- Prepare witnesses and take/defend depositions
- Engage in trial experience, with a preference for plaintiff-side litigation
- Experience in courtroom litigation with a broad body of work in various stages of litigation
- Trial experience is highly preferred
- Plaintiff-side litigation experience is a plus
