Associate – Client Service

Company Overview:

A global investment office with over 400 employees across 11 offices worldwide serves as a long-term steward of capital for institutions, family offices, and individuals. They are seeking a Client Service Associate to support the implementation of client investment strategies and portfolio operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Operations Managers and Investment Teams responsible for managing client relationships
• Provide support for senior members of the Client Service Team that engage directly with clients
• Draft client correspondence for review and send out (e.g., client requests, capital calls, statements)
• Monitor client cash and securities accounts by managing relationships with external stakeholders
• Ensure client reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and escalate any issues to the Client Manager
• Ensure client actions, transactions, and requests are completed in a timely manner
• Review client performance reporting and ensure all data is accurate
• Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and update documentation records
• Ensure complete and accurate records on all client activity and client data in the internal CRM
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines
  
  

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree, finance or related field preferred
• Demonstrated strong Excel skills
• Understanding of investment performance concepts and reporting
• Familiarity with Addepar and DealCloud a plus
• Experience with Power BI
• Comfortable using AI tools to support operational processes
  
  

Compensation: Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
