Responsibilities- Lead a crew of two or more team members on landscape and hardscape projects
- Interpret and execute landscape and hardscape design plans with attention to detail
- Coordinate with clients, operations team, and crew members to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, saws, laser levels, tillers, company trucks, and mini excavators
- Train crew members on safe and proficient use of equipment
- Uphold company policies, standards, and safety regulations on every job site
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hardscaping and/or landscaping, including crew leadership
- Proficient in reading and executing design plans
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Skilled in operating landscape and hardscape equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid Class E driver’s license; Class A is a plus
