What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member/Laborer position at Landesign?
Landesign, LLC is growing and we are looking for full-time landscape laborers. As a crew member, you will work under the guidance of our seasoned operations team, working together to maintain and improve our clients' properties.
Qualifications
- Minimal experience necessary (Knowledge in landscaping and/or hardscaping is preferred)
- Working knowledge of fleet equipment and trucks used in the industry
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Willingness to learn from seasoned crew members with on-the-job training
Duties & Responsibilities
- Required to be at work each day on time
- Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs and/or knowledge of hardscape installation
- Load/Unload equipment onto trucks and trailers
- Secure equipment for transport to properties
- Remove daily debris trucks and trailers
- Clean trucks & equipment
