Landers Ford Mt. Moriah Memphis is seeking an experienced Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. Only qualified candidates with prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician should apply.
As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll provide professional vehicle maintenance and repair services at customer locations while delivering the outstanding service experience our customers expect from Landers Ford. Pay: $17-$22/hr PLUS BONUS.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repair services on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns within the scope of mobile service.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding recommended services and completed repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided mobile service vehicle and equipment.
- Follow all Ford and dealership safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required.
- ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
