Pay & Growth

- Move to your own truck in :90 days.
- First Year Techs earn $75k - $95k
- Senior techs $100k
- A schedule designed for professionals — not chaos. Our techs work less than 45 hours a week.
- Assigned zones (no county-wide ping-ponging)
- Max 8 calls/day to keep quality high
- Choose your start time: 6:30–8:30am
- 2–4 weeks PTO as you grow
