Job Title: Route Sales Representative

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our Quality Milk Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated sales route in the central valley building customer relationships and growing our business.

Lander Veterinary Clinic, Inc. (LVC) is a leader in the food animal veterinary services industry, with over 75 years in operation. Since the 1950s, the clinic has undergone tremendous growth, transforming from a single veterinary clinic into a full-service center. LVC has expanded into five divisions, which include traditional food animal veterinary services, veterinary diagnostic laboratory, pharmaceutical and dairy supply services, IVF laboratory and advanced reproductive services, and a spay/neuter and vaccine clinic.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate expertise in explaining product uses and benefits.

· Build long relationships with clients by delivering value through products and services

· Provide input and feedback on manufacture marketing programs and distributors promotions.

· Grow existing clientele through strong selling skills

· Manage key relationships in a field-based environment

· Product Delivery, Loading and Unloading,

· Vehicle maintenance and safety

· Maintain paperwork and records.

Qualifications:

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clear Driving Record,

· Sales and communication skills

· 1 year experience in field sales: Pharmaceutical and dairy supply a plus

· Ability to be a self-motivated seller with a commitment to performance, efficiency and territory development

· 2nd language (Portugues or Spanish) an advantage

· Lift up to 50 pounds

Starting Salary: Competitive pay with a generous benefits package.

Benefits

- After 6 months of employment plus to the next quarterly entry date, the employee is guaranteed a 3% Safe Harbor contribution by the employer into a pension and profit-sharing plan. The board may elect to contribute a higher percentage.

- Vacation is accrued at .04 hours/pay period for a maximum of 10 days total accrued at any given time for years 1-4.

- 6 Sick days accrued

- Eye/Dental reimbursement: $2000/year with no carryover.

Physical Setting: Field

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
