Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Keep dish room, sinks, and machine areas clean and organized.
- Sweep, mop, and remove trash from kitchen support areas.
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen items in the right storage areas.
- Help with light prep or support tasks when the kitchen team needs help.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
- Report broken equipment, low supplies, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Work quickly while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
- Dishwashing, kitchen, or food service experience helps, but it is not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and stay active throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
- Comfortable working around hot water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
