Position Summary
Landcore Builders LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Field Operations Support Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the daily functions of our warehouse—including inventory, equipment, and material organization—while also providing critical field support through timely delivery and pickup of tools, equipment, and supplies. This team member ensures our crews have what they need, when they need it, to keep projects running safely and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and materials using company systems.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and equipment.
- Manage tool/equipment checkout systems, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and calibration of tools and equipment.
- Prepare job-specific material and tool packages for upcoming field work.
Field Operations Support
- Deliver and pick up tools, equipment, and supplies to/from job sites in a timely and professional manner.
- Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment for transport.
- Assist with staging materials and mobilizing equipment for projects as needed.
- Perform occasional on-site support tasks, including small errands, light labor, and coordination with field supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and foremen to understand job needs and schedule priorities.
- Monitor tool and equipment usage patterns and provide recommendations for improvements.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all Landcore Builders safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of tools and materials.
- Conduct vehicle/equipment pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain clear documentation related to deliveries, pickups, and equipment condition.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, or equipment management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus).
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training available if needed).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset toward internal teams.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
