- Owns the project from start to finish
- Drives schedule, production, and sequencing
- Manages crews, subs, and coordination
- Solves problems in real time
- Protects cost, productivity, and margin

You can’t replace experience with a training program.

- Has real sitework / heavy civil experience
- Understands earthwork, utilities, grading, and concrete
- Can read plans and build them
- Makes decisions and owns the outcome
