Job Summary
Twin Lakes Apartments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily focus on administrative tasks, requiring strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for scanning and uploading files into our system, answering phones, and assisting with other office responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Utilize Google Docs for various tasks and document management.
- Scan and upload documents into the property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as appropriate.
- Provide support to the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with resident inquiries and requests.
- Handle general office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including basic knowledge of Google Docs.
- Ability to efficiently scan and upload files.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in property management is a plus.
Schedule
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Days: Tuesday - Friday
- Time Frame: Between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $20/hr
- Retirement: 100% match on retirement contributions up to 3% of pay
