Position Summary:
The Crop Protection Plant Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant and warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment and logistics coordination. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of crop protection and seed products while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of crop protection and seed products while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process sales orders in coordination with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Oversee the preparation, delivery, and completion of crop protection and seed orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and organization of crop protection and seed products
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery trucks to customers, farms, fields, and airports in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor driver logs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Identify operational issues and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs
- Enforce company policies and ensure full compliance with all safety programs, regulatory and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse supervision preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
