Land Rover Orlando is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every guest.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive service leader who understands that in the luxury automotive market, the customer experience is just as important as the service operation itself.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with previous Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Service Manager experience. Prior JLR experience is highly preferred. Candidates with extensive highline service leadership experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche will also be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Service Department
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Drive CSI, customer satisfaction, retention, and service department performance
• Lead and develop Service Advisors, technicians, and support personnel
• Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and excellence
• Monitor department KPIs, productivity, profitability, and overall performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service Department personnel
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the integrity of the Land Rover brand
• Ensure a consistent, elevated experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Jaguar Land Rover Service Manager experience — strongly preferred
• Previous dealership Service Manager experience in a luxury/highline environment
• Extensive highline automotive service experience with Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or Porsche
• Demonstrated success achieving excellent CSI/customer satisfaction scores
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• A genuine commitment to hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing Service Department
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain top Service Department talent
• Strong computer and dealership management system skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
