Land Rover Jackson is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our growing service department. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a backup to Service Advisors, assisting with write-ups and customer communication as needed
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize shop efficiency
- Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process
- Handle customer relations, addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs in a professional manner
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and help implement improvements
- Field incoming service-related phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and advisors to provide accurate repair status updates to customers
- Assist with warranty, recall, and maintenance reminders and outbound customer calls
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS/CRM systems and ensure customer profiles are up to date
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred (automotive, retail, or hospitality a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
- Automotive service experience or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
