The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Civil Engineer with 2 years of experience who is passionate about site design, grading, and stormwater management. You’ll be an integral part of our collaborative team — working from concept through construction on a variety of exciting development projects.

What You’ll Do
- Design and prepare site grading, utility, and stormwater management plans for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Create conceptual land-use layouts and coordinate plan sets using Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with geotechnical, environmental, and landscape architecture consultants.
- Conduct modeling and review coordination with municipal and regulatory agencies.
- Participate in all project phases — from feasibility and concept to construction documentation and field support.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- 2–5 years of civil site design or land development experience.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D (required).
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
