Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, flexible, and driven Account Executive to join the Title team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of your current established book of business. Plus have additional accountability to increase internal sales and further develop existing agent and attorney relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The position requires applicants to currently have a Title Insurance Producers Licenses.
Duties
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Work cooperatively with all team members, take direction effectively, and constructively
- Maintain high level of professionalism interacting with the management team, attorneys, lenders, and agents.
- Consistently present product information and marketing programs to customers/offices
- Collaborate closely with the Insurance Director to achieve sales targets
- Provide superior customer service to address all inquiries and concerns from all parties
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Enter status notes daily on tracking reports for management review and forecast
- Attend daily huddle calls and bi-weekly Zoom meeting with the Insurance Director
- Attend Weekly CEO held Mastermind Zoom meetings
- Attend all monthly held territory office meetings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry and company events as required
Qualifications
- Proven title sales experience in B2B environment
- Documented established book of business
- Current Title Insurance Producers License
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to build robust relationships
- Proficient in using Salesforce software
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and prioritize tasks
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
