WHO YOU ARE
Skills matter. But character is non-negotiable. We hire for both and we have found that the
following traits predict success here better than any resume:
Ownership: You don’t wait to be told. When something needs doing, you do it. You take
personal responsibility for outcomes.
Precision: Details are your currency. Follow-through, and consistency are the
foundation of how you work.
Communication: You say what’s true, not what’s easy. And you do it with enough emotional
intelligence that people feel respected, not judged.
Builder mindset: You see the systems behind the tasks. You want to understand how things
work, not just complete them and you improve what you touch.
Self-leadership: No micromanagement required. You manage your time, your energy, and
your commitments without being chased.
Tech fluency: Automation and digital tools are second nature to you. You seek out better
tools, learn fast, and use technology to do more with less.
