What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Land O'Lakes?
This is a production position with Land O'Lakes, Inc. Our team operates in a fast-paced environment and performs front-line processes that add value and quality to our products. We are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively with others, adapt to changes quickly, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include operating machinery, packaging final products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. You will also be required to follow safety processes and insist on safety practices for yourself and others. Required Experience: Must be 18 years or older, have at least one year of work experience in any industry, basic computer and math skills, and ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
