**General Labor - 2nd Shift Job Description**
This role is a key member of our manufacturing team at Land O'Lakes, Inc., performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. As a General Labor team member, you will gain skills and experience in taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers.
You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product, and ensuring all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during the production process. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and collaborate with Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
The ideal candidate for this role will have basic computer and math skills, as well as the ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English. They must also be willing to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
