How YOU Will Contribute
- Execute and monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions supporting key retail customers and distributors
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI failures, data errors, and transaction exceptions impacting order processing, shipping, and invoicing
- Partner with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to resolve:
- Ensure EDI data integrity across ERP systems, internal platforms, and customer interfaces
- Support EDI integration with ERP systems to ensure accurate order creation, shipment confirmation, and invoicing
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop, test, maintain, and enhance EDI mappings
- Support retailer-specific workflows and compliance requirements
- Manage complex order flows including:
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
- Certification and go-live support
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and EDI-related projects
- Monitor EDI performance and transaction accuracy to support customer service levels and fill-rate objectives
- Identify recurring issues and partner cross-functionally to drive root-cause resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of EDI mappings, trading partner requirements, and internal processes
- Support audits and customer compliance initiatives related to EDI transactions
- Provide reporting and analysis on EDI exceptions, failures, and operational trends
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance automation, accuracy, and efficiency
About YOU
- 2 years of EDI experience within manufacturing, food production, retail, or CPG environments
- 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
