Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team. The Landscaper will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of landscape maintenance projects.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks including groundskeeping, garden care, tree care, and lawn maintenance.
- Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor the quality of work performed to meet client expectations.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in various aspects of landscaping including tree care, lawn care, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to maintain landscapes to enhance their appearance and health.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
