We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Account Manager to join our growing Landscape Maintenance Division. You will be responsible for assisting our Account Managers building strong relationships with our residential clients, ensuring high quality landscape services and ongoing client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, loves client interaction, and wants to build a career in the green industry and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our landscape maintenance clients
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure high service standards are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with maintenance project managers to resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as seasonal plantings, irrigation maintenance, snow removal, or enhancements
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service reports to clients
- Collaborate closely with Production Managers, Crew Leaders, and the Sales team to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with contract renewals and client retention strategies
- Support the Account Management team with special projects as needed
- Will assist account managers with client communication of their existing accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Horticulture, Landscape Design Landscape Construction, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized with excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Aspire and CMR software)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions during site visits
- Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance practices is highly desirable

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
