Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hands-on experience with various hardscape projects. This role involves working collaboratively on-site to create durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. The Hardscape Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations.
- Assist in the operation of heavy equipment when necessary.
- Participate in restoration and remodeling projects as needed.
- Support other trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and roofing when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or hardscape-related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with concrete forming, plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and glass installation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is beneficial.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Experience in flooring installation and tile laying is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
