Senior Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and test front-end and back-end applications using C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Lead development efforts for software services handling real-time IoT messaging and visualization workflows

• Mentor and support junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable software through established design, development, and testing best practices

• Translate customer requests and business requirements into clear, actionable technical stories

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure efficient, scalable, and well-integrated solutions

• Participate in code reviews, identify technical debt, and drive continuous improvement in coding standards

• Stay current with modern web and software development technologies and share insights with the team

• Gather, track, and analyze process and system data to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide technical direction and recommendations based on industry best practices and prior experience

• Assist with deployment processes and maintain accurate technical documentation

What We're Looking For:

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree and 5 years of equivalent engineering or software development experience

• Strong conceptual understanding of software systems and associated technologies

• Senior-level, hands-on experience with:

  • C# using .NET Core, .NET 6, and .NET Framework

  • Web APIs and RESTful services

  • TypeScript and JavaScript

  • HTML, CSS/SASS, and professional web development practices

  • SQL and relational database concepts

Preferred Education & Experience

• 10 years of equivalent engineering or software development experience

• Experience with modern web frameworks such as ReactJS

• Experience with UI build and tooling ecosystems (e.g., npm, gulp)

• Working knowledge of WebSockets and real-time communication technologies

Compensation/Benefits:

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
